Train frequency;
12-22/hour trains each direction.

Direction ;
・20~25 minutes on foot from Higashitagonoura(JR-Central) station.
・15 minutes on foot from Gakunanfujioka or Sudo(Gakunan Railway) station.
・5~8 minutes by taxi from Yoshiwara or Higashitagonoura station, 15minutes from Shinfuji Shinkansen station.Tell the direction point to driver “TOBU SHIMIN PLAZA”(East Citizen’s Community Center). Taxi will be waiting only Yoshiwara and Shin-Fuji sta,. And when you return to the station by taxi, you must call taxi by phone or reserving taxi before your coming.

・Higashitagonoura or Yoshiwara station;
　On the Tokaido line. From Tokyo, take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Mishima and change train to Tokaido conventional train. 15 minutes from Mishima to Higashitagonoura, 20 minutes to Yoshiwara.

・Gakunanfujioka or Sudo station;
　On the Gakunan Railway line. This railway’s trains depart from Yoshiwara station. You cannot use Japan Rail Pass on this railway. 15~18 minutes to Gakunanfujioka or Sudo.

・Shinfuji station;
On the Tokaido Shinkansen line. Only “Kodama” superexpress stops Shinfuji and About 80 minutes from Tokyo.

Season guide;
Spring; March to May
Mt, Fuji will be hazy by wet air in many days from March. And clouds often appear.At rice fields on rail-side, farmers will start planting rice seedling from April.It is Japanese bucolic scene. Snow cap will dissolve at May.

Summer; June to September
June and September is peak seasons of rain. Large clouds often appear.From sunrise (4~5 am) to 9am and from 3 pm to sunset (6~7pm) are back lighting to trains. There is no snow cap on the top of mountain. Rice fields will be bright green.

Autumn; October to November
We will have many sunshine days, clear air and blue sky due to dry air. Mt, Fuji will wear the snow cap from November. Rice fields will be gold and after that, farmers harvest rice and dry straw on the rice fields.

Winter; December to February
Best season of this spot. We will have much sunshine and Mt, Fuji wears large snow cap. Lighting is good all day. Often strong wind blows, Mt, Fuji wears small cloud’s umbrella.
